Home Meet on Tuesday!
It’s time to declare your swimmer for our last home meet on Tuesday against Springdale. Please do this by Friday so coaches can have accurate numbers for relays.   Volunteer and concessions signups are available soon at  https://lpk.swimtopia.com/swim_meets

Lost and Found
*Did you find or accidentally bring home a blue girls team suit (old pattern) left at Ba-Da Wings last Tuesday?
*We have an adult Large team shirt left at the meet. It’s white, ,un-tie-dyed.

• For those swimming in the TSA championship meet, be on the lookout for an email from Heather Watts about practice times, donations, and volunteering information.
• Saturday Practice on July 20 9-10am for TSA-invited swimmers

The War Party is when swimmers, coaches and parents get together before a swim meet and decorate cars, paint faces/nails, dye their hair and anything else that is safe and BLUE! War Parties are a long standing tradition at LPK and are a fun way to build team spirit and get pumped for the meet!
We ask that body paint be washed off in the shower before entering the pool for the meet.
