Declare for next meet

Please declare your swimmer for next Tuesday’s away meet at Harrington Grove. Coaches send their lineups to the host pool this weekend and they need to know if your swimmer is attending or not. This helps the meet run smoothly with full heats, and also lets them make accurate relays. It’s possible that if you don’t declare your swimmer, they will not be in a relay. You can indicate in your declaration whether they are able to make the relays.

Friday is the last day of school

...And the last day of our early-season practice schedule. 

            Once the traditional calendar school year ends (starting June 16th):

Morning Practice : (Monday – Friday, see Wednesday’s exception below):

9:00 – 10:00 (11 & up)

10:00 - 11:00 (7-10)

10:30 – 11:00 (6 & under)

Afternoon Practice : (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday):

5:30 - 6:00 (6 & under)

6:00 – 7:00 (7 & up)

***Please note!

After the swim meets, Wednesday morning practices will be combined for all ages. Practice will be 10:00 – 11:00 am for 7 & up. The 6 & under Mini Marlins will still attend from 10:30 -11:00am

Popsicles

To celebrate the last day of school we will have popsicles at Friday’s practice. Thank you, Michelle Faison!

T-shirts are in!

Swimmers registered during early bird time period or bought a shirt before then can pick up shirts. We’ll have them at afternoon practice on Friday, morning and afternoon practice on Monday, and more dates to come. You’ll see Michelle Faison or other team parents with a big box of shirts near the pool those days.

Next Wednesday, June 18 we plan to tie dye our shirts in the afternoon .  More info to come. 

Team Picture Day

We will have our team picture day on June 24 before our first home meet. Wear your team suit and bring a smile! We will lineup swimmers at 4:15 to hopefully be ready to click the camera at 4:30. Meet warmups will follow shortly.
