It was great to see so many familiar faces and new families at Monday's parent meeting.  Here you'll find the agenda we spoke from with some additions we found answers to and talked about.  Most all of this information is found on our website

This Week

• Thursday: Practice*
• Friday: NO practice
• Saturday: last day of Early Bird registration, order shirts/sponsorship (another email will come when team store is ready)

*Practice Times through June 11
     4:30- 5:30pm (age 11 & up)
     5:30- 6:00pm (age 6 & under)
     6:00-7:00pm ( age 7-10)
During the first few weeks swimmers need to be prepared with shoes and socks for dryland activities with teammates and coaches. They also need to be prepared with swimsuits if it's warm enough to get in the pool. The swimmers begged and the coaches started giving them time in the water!

Fundraising and Budget

We are so encouraged by the sponsors you have found for us to connect.  Thank you so much and keep them coming!  They are extremely helpful for our operating budget, which we shared at our parent meeting.  Here is a link to view the budget if you missed it on Monday.  

Our Silent Auction will be presented May 25-30 at the pool, finishing up at the conclusion of the Blue & White Meet, that Saturday morning.  Please contact Katie Penree at [email protected] with your submissions.  We'd love to collect all submissions by May 24.  

Merchandise
If during registration you forgot to add an extra shirt, magnet, caps, family sponsorship, we will be turning on our Team Store on the website in the next day or two.  Another email will go out this weekend with a reminder.  Shirts and family sponsorship will need to be ordered by Saturday so we can order and receive the shirts as quickly as possible.
