Blue & White meet on Saturday

(sorry if this is a duplicate email, technical trouble tonight)

We’re so excited to see you in the morning for a run-through of a meet with just our swimmers. This is a fun day to start the season!

Timeline

Before 8:00am- arrive at the pool to check in. Swimmers will get their numbers.

6&unders will get a wristband with a color on it coordinating to how much assistance they need in the pool (red: help at the blocks black: independent on their own green: kid catchers don't need to be at blocks but will assist under rope). There will be kid catchers in each lane and a lifeguard on duty.

Volunteers can check in and get a nametag if they want, and concessions items can be dropped off. Don't be shy, ask questions and we'll help find answers.

8:00-8:30 warmup in the pool.

8:30 start the meet

• no relays this meet
• 6&unders first, moving up to the 15-18 age groups
• Order of events: Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly (7&up only)

Conclusion: Please help pick up trash and help clean up so the pool can open to members for the weekend.

What to bring:Towels, a sweatshirt, suit/goggles, money for concessions (venmo also accepted).

We’re still looking for someone to learn meet admin /scorekeeper. We won’t be worrying about the score for this meet so you can just learn the job. We’d love to have you!

Silent Auction

The clock is ticking to bid on items on the silent auction. Bidding will conclude at the end of the Blue and White meet. We have some beautiful handmade boxes, music lessons, a massage, and a custom embroidery project, just to name a few more items. Thanks for your support!
