It's going to be a great evening for a meet tonight at Bedford.  See previous emails for specifics but wanted to share a couple more things. 

• The pool is 25 meters (ours is 25 yards) so times will be slightly different and converted in Swimtopia. 
• We have way fewer families traveling this week so we're still in need of 3 timers.  They will use 6 lanes for the scored first heat, but then have 8 lanes available for the following heats.  

Movie Day Wednesday
Don't forget that we are not holding a Wednesday morning practice tomorrow.  Instead meet us at Triangle Cinemas for a free showing of Shrek 2 at 10am.  Check out their website: Triangle Cinemas. Concessions available for purchase

Safety Reminder
During morning practice, the pool is CLOSED! If your child(ren) is/are not participating in swim practice, they are NOT allowed in the pool until it is open and a lifeguard is on the stand (11am on weekdays). Thank you for helping us maintain a safe pool environment

Ribbons
A few days after meets, ribbons won in the scored first heat are filed by age group near the chalkboard.  Go pick them up and share with your swimmer!
