    Wave Clinic TOMORROW
Recently we made an update to this Saturday's Wave Clinic to divide it into two age groups. If you already RSVPed then you got an email to re-commit to the correct calendar event.

           8:30-9:15 ages 11 & up
           9:15-10:00 ages 10 & under

If you hadn't had a chance, please sign into the website or swimtopia to RSVP, like you would a swim meet so we can keep track of numbers. There should be plenty of room for anyone who is interested to attend. We're only asking that swimmers be able to swim independently as coaches are not planning to be in the water with swimmers.
The focus of this clinic will be breaststroke.

    Wet 'n Wild Emerald Pointe
Next Wednesday July 1 we invite you to join your teammates to a trip to Wet 'n Wild Emerald Pointe.  We have a signup to keep track of who is coming so we can caravan and/or carpool.  Thank you for organizing, Carson!
*There will be NO practice at all on Wednesday as most of our coaches will be at the water park.

             Question of the week
What are some good volunteer jobs for my family with young kids?  We can't stay until the end and I need to keep an eye on my little ones during the meet.

Thanks for asking!  You can see some descriptions of volunteer jobs here on our website.  We do need your help!
*Swimmer Check in- finishes up early in the meet
*Hospitality- pass out water to volunteers, usually done by butterfly events
    * Heat Winner Ribbons- only for the little kids, and done after 7/8 butterfly
*Kid pusher- gather kids of the same age and lead to the clerk of course.  6&under kid pusher is done after breaststroke events
Other jobs with more flexibility than you think:
*Timing- ask a friend to cover the second half of the shift for you.  Sometimes spouses will split up this job.
*Concessions- Usually a rush from 5-8pm. So if you need to leave after breaststroke, just communicate with us and there may be enough volunteers to help with the last tasks.
