Declare for Wood Valley meet
It's time to declare your swimmers for our final home meet next Tuesday.  It will come quickly after the holiday weekend so thanks for taking a couple minutes to do this before the weekend.  Declare on website or on Swimtopia app

    Looking ahead we have a few events coming up soon.....

War Party
Join us before our last home meet at 4:30 on Tuesday for our War Party! It’s like a pep rally, but in BLUE. Bring your blue hats, leis, face paint*, hair spray, pajama pants, etc. We’ll take a group picture and do some cheers out on the volleyball court. We’ll finish up in time to wash off and get ready for our 5pm warmup before the meet.

*Please be mindful of the type of makeup or faceprint you use so it does not stain the pool area or mess up the quality of the water. Makeup that is meant for skin is preferable to craft paint or acrylic paint.  Whole-body painting is not encouraged.  

Senior Night
Tuesday before the relays we’ll also celebrate our seniors competing at Lakepark for the last time. 

Tie Dye Wednesday
Bring your LPK shirt or anything else you want to tie dye to the volleyball court area on Wed July 8 right after evening practice!  6pm for the 6& unders and 7pm for the older swimmers finishing practice.  We'll have buckets, instructions, and guidance.  You'll want to bring a ziploc bag to bring your creations home without a mess.  

Stretching Clinic *new*
We are excited to invite Jenn Patetta from Patetta Performance to lead our older swimmers through some stretching exercises on Thursday July 9 5:30-6pm before their afternoon practice.  This is great for injury prevention and recovery for growing athletes. See attached flyer.

Bunco
Our second BUNCO NIGHT is scheduled for Friday July 10 at 8pm.  Sign up here and get ready for a fun night!  The entry fee is only $10.00 per player (please bring exact cash) and all proceeds benefit the awesome Lakepark Marlins Swim Team. The game conlcudes with cash and prizes!

Light refreshments will be provided. Bring a snack to share. Beverages are BYOB.
